  • How do I know that my Credit Card/Debit Card details are secure?
    • The Wilsons Blinds website is very, very secure for these 3 reasons. ......1: Our website is hosted on our own server with Rack Space the UK's leading hosting provider they make sure our server is 100% secure and we have 24 hour monitoring so it runs perfectly. .......2: For entering your personal details we have VeriSign fitted on our server which fully encrypts the Wilsons Blinds website which forms a seal to keep our hackers so you details our 100% secure. To see our VeriSign Certificate just click on the VeriSign logo at the top right hand corner of our website to view. .......3: For your payment details Wilsons Blinds use Sage Pay secure and encrypted payment processing so no one will see your payment details only you, payment details are not stored on our database only your address and order details, Wilsons Blinds do not hold or store payment details as part of their data so your payments are 100% secure through Sage Pay and we take all major debit and credit cards for payment.
  • Do the Blinds come with a Guarantee?
    • Wisons Blinds offer a 3 Year Guarantee on all their made to measure blinds which will consist of a 1 Year Manufacturers Guarantee which covers all blinds for any defects, fading, fraying, or any such problems that will cause the blind to stop working, the blind will be picked up and taken to our factory and fixed, if the blind is unfixable we will replace with a new one. The extended 2 Years of the Guarantee will cover the blind for any parts which may fail and stop the blind from working, Wilsons Blinds will send out any parts or coponents which may cause this problem but the customer will be liable for the postage costs. Wilsons Blinds can not be held responsible if they can not supply parts for a blind that has been discontinued and the parts are no longer available.
  • How do I use this website?
    • Our website has been developed to be extremly easy to use and offers plenty of help by clicking the WHATS THIS? and VIEW IMAGES links next to all the drop downs around the website giving clear explanations about products ect.On the home page if you click on the section you require i.e Roller blinds you will then be taken into the roller blind section ,from there you can then choose a colour range then view the fabric within that colour range. By clicking on a chosen fabric will take you into the next page which will enable you to type in your measurments to obtain a price or order a free sample.
  • Do the blinds come with everything I need ?
    • Yes,all our blinds come with rails ,fixtures and fittings everything you need to install all our blinds.
  • Are the blinds easy to fit?
    • Yes they are very easy to fit ,for further information on fitting please see our measure and fitting instructions which is located at the top of our website.
  • How do I know that my order has been placed?
    • After placing your order you will recieve an email confirmation,if for any reason you do not recieve this within 1 hour then please log into you account to check the order has been placed or email info@wilsonsblinds.co.uk.
  • How do I measure my window?
    • Please see our measuring guide and if you require any further assistance contact customer services on 0844 800 2066.
  • I have not recieved my blinds yet what should I do?
    • If your order has exceeded 7 working days then please use the TRACK YOUR ORDER option on the front of the website and we will update you.
  • What if i am not in for delivery?
    • Then the couriers on the first occasion will leave a card for you to contact them directly to arrange a more suitable delivery day or if not contacted will try to redeliver a further two times.
  • Can I have my delivery to an alternative address?
    • Of course ,when you order there is an option for an alternative delivery address i.e Relative,neighbour or works address.
  • How much is delivery?
    • Our delivery charge is 8.50 to all UK mainland address's for any size of order. Free on orders over the value of 99
  • I haven't received my samples!
    • All our samples are sent first class with Royal Mail on rare occasions some get lost in the post and so if you have not received them with 3 working days of ordering please contact customer services where they will ensure you recieve the ones you require as soon as possible.
  • I have measured wrong!
    • Unfortunately as blinds are made to measure they are not refundable ,however on the rare occasion a customer measures wrong please contact customer services if you wish to re-order to discuss what went wrong and how we can ensure that your new order is correct and give help and advice.
  • I have received the wrong size blinds!
    • First take them from the box and measure the blinds remembering we make an allowance for recess blinds.If they are the wrong size then please email or call customer services so we can investigate this further.
  • Do you have a fitting service?
    • Unfortunately no ,however there are fitting instructions on the front page of the website.
  • Can you give me a quote?
    • Obtaining a quotation is simple, choose the product and colour you would like a price for then put in your sizes in the given boxes and price will be given for that blind and size which will include any discounts .Delivery is 6.95 per order and added at the basket.
  • What if there is no stock?
    • As soon as we are made aware that there is no stock for your order we will email you to advise with an estimated delivery date at which time you can wait,choose another product or take a refund.Thankfully however the manufacturers have very few stock problems.
