Blue Aluminium Venetian Blinds

Ever been to French impressionist painter Claude Monet’s house in Giverny, just an hour from Paris? If so, you’ll understand the impact of his “blue period” and how he successfully contrasted it against other, ordinary-day colours. His home, now a museum, is a dizzying contrast of everything vibrantly blue matched with lesser shades of the colour to vibrant yellows.

This has inspired our Blue aluminium Venetian blind range. When we created blue, we meant it and then some. We’ve exerted “colour licence” on this palette, taking lapis lazuli hues such as Aliventi Sky to Sparkle Blue and then throwing Aliventi Lilac, Soft Sheen Cool Sky and Sapphire into the mix. There’s even Oriental Blue, which has a distinct hint of green and Ice Blue, which is just short of white.

We’ve left nothing to the imagination, giving you 17 shades of blue to choose from. There’s Aliventi Reef, a dark statement blue, excellent to set off light-painted window surrounds, to the more fun-loving Cool Aqua. Most of these colours have been created to give off an ambience, which harks to sea and surf, but this shouldn’t limit your choice of blind that’s going to complete your overall interior.
