Delivery

DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION MORE CUSTOMERS ARE ORDERING ONLINE WITH COMPANIES LIKE OURSELVES AND ONLINE STORES IN GENERAL FOR HOME DELIVERY .THIS MEANS COURIERS ARE BUSIER THAN NORMAL THEREFORE PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR DELIVERY AT THIS TIME .

Standard Delivery 

Our delivery is only £8.50 ( Free on orders over £149 - "Not applicable on sale Items " ) for any size order for delivery to any mainland UK only addresses and takes approximately 5-7 working days for most products.However delivery times are given on the individual product pages as some of our offer products can take 7-10 working days.Please be aware that if you order more than one product they may come from seperate factories therefore will they be on seperate deliveries.

The address for delivery can be different from the billing address and can be a relative, neighbour or works address but the blinds must be signed for upon delivery and if an address is changed after the order has been dispatched then there would be an extra £8.50 delivery charge for this. When the blinds are ready they will be dispatched immediately if there is no one in on the first attempt the couriers will leave a card so you can contact them direct to re-arrange a more suitable delivery day. Delivery is made Monday - Friday on an all day slot with the couriers we cannot confirm an allocated timescale i am afraid .If they do not receive a response then they will try to deliver again and then hold the order for up to 5 working days before returning the blinds back to us. At this point again there would be re-delivery charges to re-send the order back out for delivery of £8.50 may be applicable.

Express Delivery (Available on selected ranges)

Express Delivery is a £10.00 extra cost per blind this charge is to ensure the order leaves the factory the same working day so your order is pushed to the front of the production que if ordered before 10.00 am orders placed after 10.00 am will then leave the following working day. Please allow 1-3 working days for the couriers to complete delivery. If you need any further help on delivery please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team
