Yellow Vertical Blinds
Textile designer, Peter Dunham, who was raised in France, spent his summer holidays in Spain, studied in England and eventually opened up shop in Los Angeles, US, was quoted earlier this year, saying: “I think we’re going to see a lot of yellow in 2018, particularly an earthy, ochre yellow. It’s a shade that will brighten a room but isn’t all about that ‘70s yellow we remember.”
If that’s the case, then we might have just the ticket in our Vertical blinds’ range. Acacia Canary fits the bill in the ochre yellow category, as well as does Roxy Mellow. Penang Gold is a bling variation, yellow, but with a smack of gold undertones.
Look, you don’t have to follow the pack, there’s pastel and vibrant tones in our Vertical range too. Fall Yellow is as subtle a yellow you’ll get; Deacon Soft Lemon is too; Roxy Blackout Sunflower steps in up a notch but is still a soothing tone; Acacia Buttercup is a burst of dawn sunshine; and Memphis Sun is a stronger take on the former.
Estella Citrus is a no-nonsense yellow and is ideal for spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens and even conservatories. But if you are using bold yellows, you can mix them up with light blues or muted green.
