As measurements are supplied by the customer, made to measure products are custom-made to your specifications and therefore non-returnable under our standard terms and conditions.

White headrails are supplied with matching white accessories, weights and chains. All other headrail colours are supplied with black accessories, weights and chains.

We take the safety and well-being of children very seriously. That's why all of our blinds are supplied with a child safety device, which ensures cords and chains are safely secured to the wall, preventing the risk of strangulation. Each blind is manufactured with a maximum chain length of one metre, keeping it out of reach of small children. If you require a chain longer than one metre, please contact us when you have placed your order. Conditions will still apply in accordance with child safety regulations.
